With over 20 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Human Resources (HR), I am passionate about helping organisations create safer, healthier, and more productive workplaces.

My expertise spans strategic leadership, compliance management, risk reduction, incident prevention, workforce wellbeing, and human resource management. I work closely with businesses of all sizes to develop practical solutions that improve safety performance, strengthen workplace culture, and support operational success.

I am committed to achieving Zero Harm outcomes and pride myself on building strong relationships with workers, managers, executives, contractors, and regulators. Through clear communication and a practical approach, I help organisations navigate complex safety and employment obligations with confidence.

My career commenced in 2006 as the East Coast Safety & Training Coordinator with HATCH Alcoa, before progressing to State Safety Advisor with K&S Freighters in 2007. In 2010, I was appointed VIC/TAS State Safety Manager for Sims Metal Management, followed by National OH&S / HR Manager for McMahons Pty Ltd in 2013.

In 2017, I established Angel Worksafe Consultants with a vision to provide businesses with professional, practical, and cost-effective Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resources solutions. Since then, I have partnered with organisations across a range of industries, assisting them to improve compliance, reduce risk, strengthen workplace culture, and protect their most valuable asset, their people.
